1. COLOR

High yellow back ground with or without wavy movement. It is darker than Madura gold.

2. QUALITY CONTROL

Special inspection:

Check for hairline fissure cracks, which is very normal in these blocks as the material is very soft.

Common inspection: 

1. Slabs would be evenly polished all over with out any scratches/patches.
2. Thickness as per tolerance (+/- 1 mm for slabs and +/- 0.5 mm for tiles)
3. Allowance would be given in measurement for peripheral defects.
4. Chipping or pitting and cracks not permitted within measured area.
5. Uneven polish, brick marks and scratches not allowed. Glosso metre 65/70+
6. Steps due to blade and other cutting defects not permitted.

2. Vertical Size slabs: 1.8 m up (length) x 0.60 m - 1.20 m (width)
3. Tiles: 12”x12”x 10mm, 16”x16”x 10mm/12mm, 18”x18”x 12 mm, 24”x24”x20mm 
4. Cut to size: Any size can be fabricated as per customers’ requirement.
